Pricing

I am in an enviable position of having the backing of a national brand but having the flexibility and autonomy to set my own prices. I have an extensive network of tradesmen at my disposal and have leveraged some amazing deals for my landlords. I do not add any mark-up to trade costs. If I am being charged £50+vat for a Gas Certificate, I only charge my clients £50+vat. I am not interested in making a few extra pounds from organising an EPC, I want to retain my landlords as clients for the long-term.
